Potential events include our summer suite of Carols in Queens Park ('26), Twilight Concert at Lincoln Park ('27) and Moonee Valley Festival ('27), along with other Council-run events throughout the year.

We are looking for:

  • Food & Beverage Vendors including food trucks, community caterers and restaurant pop-ups
  • Community groups or local businesses offering services, information, activities or workshops
  • Artisan and craft stallholders selling handmade products, art and craft, pre-packaged food and beverages for takeaway or other goods for sale

Submissions close in 31 July and applicants will be notified of their outcome by Thursday 31 October 2026.

The MVCC Festivals & Events team will be in touch to discuss your submission in detail if there is a suitable spot available at one of our events. More information regarding the event program will be provided to applicants as event details are finalised, including site fees and any infrastructure hire costs.

Do you hold Public Liability Insurance?
All stallholders and vendors must hold Public Liability Insurance with $20 million cover. If your application is successful, you will be required to provide a copy of this.
If you are a community applicant and do not hold Public Liability Insurance, you may be eligible for cover under Council's insurance; this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
