Stallholder & Activities Expressions of Interest


Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to participate in our upcoming Moonee Valley Festival in Queens Park, Moonee Ponds on Sunday 15 March 2026. This flagship community event attracts over 10,000 visitors each year. We are looking for:

  • Community groups or commercial organisations offering services, information, activities or workshops.
  • Market stallholders selling artisanal products, art and craft, pre-packaged food or other goods for sale.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your idea before applying, please get in touch with us via festival@mvcc.vic.gov.au. You can also email this address if you have any issues accessing the form, to request an alternative version or to seek assistance with your application. Submissions close 11.59pm Sunday 11 January 2026 and applicants will be notified of their outcome by Friday 30 January 2026.

Please note we have a limited amount of space available for stalls and activities, and we anticipate receiving more requests than we can accommodate. Applications are assessed in order of submission, so please apply early for your best chance to attend.

Single Use Plastics

Tell us about how you currently reduce greenhouse emissions, limit waste production and material use and avoid single use plastics (e.g. bags).

Do you hold Public Liability Insurance?
All stallholders and vendors must hold Public Liability Insurance with $20 million cover. If your application is successful, you will be required to provide a copy of this.
If you are a community applicant and do not hold Public Liability Insurance, you may be eligible for cover under Council's insurance; this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
